• The sale of goods (books) and services (AOS programs and e-books) via the website www.azbukum.edu.rs is undertaken within the framework of  the registered business The Association Azbukum – Centre for Serbian Language and Culture, Novi Sad, Dragiše Brašovana 18, Novi Sad, Serbia, National ID No. 08616370, Tax ID no. 100450456, Tel.+38121417668, www.azbukum.edu.rs, Address for reporting complaints regarding Internet sales: kontakt@azbukum.edu.rs 
• According to The Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette RS, # 88/2021) purchases made via our webpage www.azbukum.edu.rs are considered remote sales.
• Basic characteristics of goods and services can be found on the website www.azbukum.edu.rs. 
• The goods and services that are sold via the website www.azbukum.edu.rs  possess characteristics necessary for regular use in conjunction with the intention, defined in their description, of goods and services of their type.
• The conformity of goods and services is exclusively determined according to their properties and purpose as defined by their corresponding descriptions highlighted on the site www.azbukum.edu.rs. 
• The website www.azbukum.edu.rs is obligated to offer goods and services that conform to contract. If a goods and services do not conform to contract, the customer who informs the seller of the nonconformity has the right to request that the seller remove the nonconformity.
• The sale price of each good and service is indicated along with every item (all prices are shown in the national currency (RSD) with calculated VAT where necessary, that is, in Euros on the site for the market outside the Republic of Serbia. 
• The possibility of purchasing goods and services via special pricing and/or special sales incentives (promotional sales), is undertaken in conformity with the conditions which are published on the website www.azbukum.edu.rs. 
• The customer, upon creation of an order by pressing the ORDER button, accepts the obligation of payment for the ordered goods and/or services.
