When ordering goods in the form of printed textbooks from the website www.azbukum.edu.rs, the customer is required to provide the following personal information: First and last name, 

delivery address, telephone number, and email address. If the customer does not provide the necessary information, the seller is neither able to fulfill the agreement to sell and deliver goods to the customer, nor to provide a receipt. The seller can only accept orders and update the buyer on the status of orders if buyers provide their personal information.

For e-textbook orders and AOS courses, the customer is required to fill in all fields in the order form to gain access to the aforementioned goods and services.

In keeping with privacy laws, Azbukum Centre is obligated to protect the privacy of customers’ personal information. We collect only basic customer information necessary to conduct business and keep the customer updated in the course of providing the best possible customer service. All customer information is kept secure and confidential and is only accessible to employees as required in the course of business. All Azbukum Centre employees are responsible for respecting and safeguarding customer privacy, and data that is collected is not used for any other purpose. In keeping with privacy laws, Azbukum Centre does not share customer personal information with any third party. In order to fulfill the sales agreement for goods such as printed books, the seller will provides personal information such as first and last name, delivery address, and telephone number with the courier service.

By accepting the Privacy Policy, the customer consents to sharing their personal information with the aforementioned business partners, and that their personal information will be subject to these businesses’ Privacy Policies. 

In addition to the above, Azbukum Centre collects, analyzes, and processes information about visitors’ searches and purchases, as well as what pages they visit We use this information in order to improve the offerings and look of our site, to make the site easier to use, and to improve the security and convenience of shopping.
